I would like to enquire if there is a right way and a wrong way to drink absinthe. How should we drink absinthe tonight?

Add iced water at a ratio of 4:1 very slowly and observe the clouding (louche). Only use an absinthe spoon and sugar if you find the absinthe too bitter. You will not know until you try!! therefore try absinthe without sugar to start with. Enjoy your might with La Fee Verte.
