Green, red, clear, black, blue and yellow Green is a verte, red is a Spanish variety of absinthe coloured with paprika (I think),clear / white is a blanche absinthe or La Bleue from Val de Travers, Switzerland, black is a modern invention from Spain...and yellow...yellow is the most prized as it is the color that an absinthe turns after time. So your clear absinthe is real, it is most likely a Swiss blanche.
