I'm interested in the absinthe distilation process... The real stuff, not the "soak this in vodka junk" The real recipe.... From a moonshiners point of view. My experience with Absinthe is limited to Brian Warners "Mansinthe" I find that to be an extremely pleasant drink....
The Artemeisa is growing.... the kettle is ready. Throw me a bone here.....
I have recipes.... I'd love to hear from someone who has used them sucessfully....
