ABSINTHE SUGAR OR REGULAR SUGAR...DIFFERENCE?

Is there a difference between using absinthe sugar or regular sugar?? i just don't know. and where can you buy absinthe sugar? and don't say from the absinthe sugar store..........ha!

The only difference is how the cube is made, it is not the big suger cubes that are little square boxes. The sugar cubes made for absinthe are flatter, and supposedly melt easier. Ive never used regular sugar cubes before, so i cant say. You can get the suger cubes for absinthe from some of the online stores, you just need to look for the, ALANDIA has 2 or three different ones, the only difference is the packaging.
