Mari Mayans is from Ibiza :-) I know it has been around for years, is very competitively priced, BUT I have never tried it :-( I am guessing that it is an oil mix absinthe (nothing wrong with that per se) I wouldn't mind a glass or three in the Ibiza sun right now.

Correct. Mari Mayans is an oil mix, the spirit of ibiza and all that. It is good for cocktails and is not expensive (for what it is) There are better absinthes than Mari Mayans in Spain though.

There are better absinthes in Spain but Mari Mayans is still good. Louche is nice, excellent floral quality, and is very drinkable.
