I spent $235.64 on Original Absinthe website and got nothing! They took my money and DID NOT SEND ME ANYTHING! If your thinking about buying ANYTHING from the www.originalabsinthe.com, DONT! You will lose your money and have NOTHING to show for it! I've wanted to try absinthe for so long but this completely ruined it for me! Please dont waste your money like I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crazy! there is a whole bunch of weird stuff on the absinthe kit thread as well! I actually ordered from Original Absinthe before so I know this is a load of @#$%&*%$

James is right--OriginalAbsinthe.com is a SCAM--DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from originalabsinthe.com I spent over a hundred bucks on a bottle of "absinthe original" and got a bottle of green water that had been heavily perfumed. It did NOT contain ANY alcohol at all!! I've tried to contact the company several times via email and they will NOT RESPOND!! STAY AWAY!!

Hey all, I placed an order over a week ago on originalabsinthe.com and have had nothing yet. I have e-mailed them twice and tried to call the phone numbers, neither of which will connect. I'm thinking I've been robbed 
Such a shame... Been wanting to try Kings of Spirit Gold 100mg thujon for many many years... Finally decide to order it and I get scammed... Harsh!! I will update if I hear from them or receive my package... But for now I concur... originalabsinthe.com is a scam website, perhaps they traded legitimately once but now just leave the site up and accept payments... I don't know... wish I'd researched first!!

I don't understand the problem. The complainer may be dogging the wrong company. There are people selling a "mixer" that you add raw alcohol and shake which would explain the lack of liquor. This definitely is the real deal. I placed an order for 6 bottles and used PayPal I which I always back by my credit card. That's a double line of protection. By accident I forgot to change PayPal from checking to card which caused the reimbursement to PayPal to bounce. I added funds and it went thru 3 days later but the package was already on the way and in UK customs. Arrived in just under 2 weeks and it is some interesting stuff. If you like licorice you'll love this stuff. Shipping time gave me the opportunity to order a glass and spoon from amazon.

I got scammed too!!! I placed my order 6 weeks ago and I haven’t received it yet. I have written them twice asking for a postal tracking number of my package. Both times they sent me an automated message saying that they had received my inquiry and that they were going reply to me in 2 business days. But after that they didn’t reply! No answer at all, and no package.

Those post should not be taken seriously. I have personally filled several orders with this company and can't say enough about their product, customer service, and speed of delivery. Even their tech support is excellent. There should be no hesitation about ordering from this company.

@ Sara B. I've tried for months to get the product that I paid for or a refund. They stopped replying to my emails. Just recently I've been in contact with Alex Spirov who's the sales manager. It's almost 5 years later and I've not received my product or a refund. Instead of having a repeat customer who'll recommend their product to everyone, they've done the opposite and ruined their business reputation. I tell all my friends to stay away from this company until they honor their business transaction.

I had also the same experience as others. I don't think the site is total scam (collecting money and never sending anything). If this was the case the site would have been shut down at some point between 2012 and 2020. But the costumer service is utterly bad and people there really don't care about anything. I've ordered from Germany and it should not be a miracle to send a parcel from the UK to Germany, some 1500 km. But it is a problem with Originalabsinthe. At the beginning, they write excusing mails, but this stops soon. I haven't received anything after 5 months (the same experience as user "sixnations"
. I am also a collector of records at international marketplaces and I ordered stuff from Japan, the Ukraine, Argentina, and South Africa. It never took longer than four weeks to deliver, nothing got lost, and I have received international tracking numbers with every delivery. Not so with OA. And I found it a bit silly - like "Sara B." did - to say "These posts should not be taken seriously." After having read 15+ bad reviews just here, it sounds like if Sara this is an account by Alex Spirov himself. Why should people write such diverse accounts of bad experiences if they were just fake? This is silly...(even considered that there is no competitor in selling King of Spirits Gold anywhere).
