Good solid stuff. They also have a brand for cocktails call La Fee NV (geddit?) The La Fee eye is really eye catching :-) I enjoy Parisienne and it looks the bee's knees on the bar.

Quite a lot of the Le Fee Absinthes have won awards, I have the Suisse XS and the Parisienne (very nice louche) I have never had the La Fee Bohemian which I think is minty. So are you going to tell us which one you have splashed out on then?

La Fee Parisienne. It is going in the cocktails at Mama's barbeque :-)

I wonder if those absinthe infused sausages are a world first? As I told her before: wormwood is used in some traditional recipes for stuffing. Still got a hangover?

La Fee have just released a new brand, it is La Fee Blanche. Isn't La Fee XS also a blanche?
